No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and downloaded/accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

You were charged twice for the same product.
You are unable to access the product due to a technical error on our part.
The product is completely different from its description (subject to verification).

In these rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation and supporting evidence (such as screenshots or error messages). We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund requests at our sole discretion.
